This well-located area of mostly newer homes is bounded by the Willamette and McKenzie Rivers, and the Interstate 5 and Randy Pape Beltline freeways. Most homes in this basically suburban area are located within the City of Eugene. This market area is named for its principal elementary school and a North-South collector street – both named for a pioneer family.
Neighborhood shopping areas include the Chad Drive area which features COSTCO and the North Delta/Green Acres area led by WalMart and Home Depot.
Significant landmarks include; Armitage County Park on the McKenzie River and the Riverridge Golf Course on the Willamette River.
